SPE History and Philosophy of Education This course will focus on the history of ideas, individuals and events that have influenced the curriculum, organization, policies and philosophies of education in the United States. A special topic option allows students to pursue topics related to their area of interest within the education spectrum. Identification, assessment and characteristics of federal disability categories are addressed.

Students enrolled in this program apply once and are eligible to graduate with their master's degree after they have completed 60 credits of coursework.
